Getting Started

1. Create an Account

  1. Go to the signup page by clicking "Sign Up" in the header
  2. Fill out the form with your name, email, phone and password
  3. Validate your account via the confirmation email
  4. Log in with your credentials

2. Initial Setup

  1. Complete your profile in settings (company name, contact information)
  2. Purchase SMS credits via the Credits section
  3. Wait for your sender name validation by the administration
Understanding the Dashboard

The dashboard is your main control panel that displays all your statistics and SMS activity.

Global Statistics

Total Campaigns

Total number of campaigns created

Contacts

Total number of contacts in your database

Sent

Number of campaigns sent

Success Rate

Percentage of successful campaigns

Performance Overview

The Performance section displays detailed statistics on your SMS sends.

  • Total Sent: Number of SMS sent over a period (7, 30 or 90 days)
  • Delivery Rate: Percentage of SMS successfully delivered
  • Average Send Time: Average time to send an SMS

SMS History

At the bottom of the dashboard, you'll find the complete history of all SMS sent with details of each send.

Manage your SMS Credits

Purchase Credits

  1. Go to "Credits" in the menu
  2. Choose a package that suits your needs
  3. Select your payment method (Wave, Orange Money, Credit card, etc.)
  4. Confirm the transaction
  5. Your credits are automatically added after validation

Understanding SMS Costs

Destination:

  • SMS to Senegal (221) = 1 credit per SMS
  • International SMS = 3 credits per SMS

Message length:

  • 1-160 characters = 1 SMS
  • 161-320 characters = 2 SMS
  • And so on (multiples of 160)

Check your Credits

Your remaining credits are displayed at the top right of the dashboard, in the Credits menu, and before each SMS send.

Create and Send SMS Campaigns

Step 1: Access Campaign Creation

  1. Click on "SMS Campaigns" in the menu
  2. Click on "Create a campaign" or "New campaign"

Step 2: Choose Campaign Type

Academic

For educational institutions

Marketing

For promotions and advertising

Transactional

For notifications and confirmations

Step 3: Add Recipients

Option A: Single Contacts

  1. Click on "Single contact"
  2. Fill in the fields (First name, Last name, Phone)
  3. Click on "Add"
  4. Repeat for each contact

Option B: My Contacts

Select contacts from your existing list. They are automatically added to the campaign.

Option C: Location Contacts

Choose a location and select contacts from that area. They are added to the campaign.

Option D: Mass Import

  1. Click on "Mass import"
  2. Prepare an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file with columns: First name, Last name, Phone
  3. Drag and drop the file or click to select it
  4. Contacts are imported automatically

Step 4: Write your Message

  1. In the "Message" field, type your SMS text
  2. Personalize with available variables: {prenom}, {nom}, {telephone}
  3. Preview the number of SMS needed (displayed at the bottom)
  4. Check the total cost in credits

Message example:

Hello {prenom} {nom}, Your order is ready. Come pick it up. Thank you!

Step 5: Schedule Send (Optional)

Immediate send

Leave "Now" selected to send immediately

Scheduled send

  1. Click on "Schedule"
  2. Select the date and time
  3. The SMS will be sent automatically at the chosen time

Step 6: Send the Campaign

  1. Check all details (number of recipients, total cost, message content)
  2. Click on "Send campaign"
  3. Confirm the send
  4. Follow the progress in real time
Manage your Contacts

Create a Contact

  1. Go to "Contacts" in the menu
  2. Click on "Add a contact"
  3. Fill in the information (First name, Last name, Phone, optional Email, optional Group)
  4. Click on "Save"

Import Contacts in Bulk

  1. Prepare an Excel or CSV file with your contacts
  2. Go to "Contacts"
  3. Click on "Mass import"
  4. Drag and drop your file
  5. Check the imported contacts
  6. Click on "Confirm import"

Organize your Contacts

  • Create groups to organize your contacts
  • Search for a contact by name or phone
  • Edit a contact's information
  • Delete a contact
  • Export your contacts to CSV
Quick Send SMS

To quickly send an SMS without creating a campaign:

  1. Go to "Quick Send" in the menu
  2. Fill in the fields (Recipient phone number, Message)
  3. Click on "Send"
  4. The SMS is sent immediately

Note: Quick send uses your SMS credits and is recorded in history.

Create Vote Campaigns

What is a Vote Campaign?

A vote campaign allows you to create SMS polls and votes where recipients can answer one or more questions.

Create a Vote Campaign

  1. Go to "Vote" in the menu
  2. Click on "Create a vote" or "New vote"

Create Questions

  1. Add a question by clicking on "Add a question"
  2. Write the question
  3. Add answer options (at least 2 options per question, identified by A, B, C, etc.)
  4. Add other questions if necessary

Example:

Q1: What is your favorite dish?

- Option A: Thieboudienne

- Option B: Mafé

- Option C: Yassa

View Results

In the vote list, click on a vote to see the results:

  • Global statistics (number of votes, percentage per option)
  • Results by question
  • List of voters with their choices
  • Distribution charts
View your Statistics

Global Statistics

The dashboard automatically displays:

  • Total number of campaigns
  • Total number of contacts
  • Number of SMS sent
  • Success rate

Detailed Statistics

  1. Go to "Statistics" in the menu
  2. You'll see evolution charts, statistics by campaign type, delivery rate, etc.

SMS History

The complete history is available in the dashboard (the last 10 SMS) and in history (all SMS with pagination).

  • Available filters: By campaign, By status, By period
  • Details of each SMS: Number, Status, Date, Cost
  • Pagination to navigate through history

For Effective Campaigns

  • Personalize your messages with variables
  • Test first with a quick send before a large campaign
  • Check your credits before sending a large campaign
  • Respect schedules: avoid sending early morning or late evening
  • Care for your message: short and clear messages work better

To Manage your Contacts

  • Organize your contacts into thematic groups
  • Check numbers before import to avoid errors
  • Regularly update your contact lists
  • Respect GDPR and consents for SMS sending

For Vote Campaigns

  • Limit the number of questions (3-5 maximum)
  • Make options clear and distinct
  • Test the vote before sending to all recipients
  • Communicate results to participants after the campaign
